廣島美食 - 人氣廣島沾麵爆彈屋ばくだん屋 [Hiroshima Tsukemen Bakudan-ya]

由廣島空港坐巴士到廣島JR站已經是夜晚了，在轉乘JR到宮島前就在JR站內找妹妹推介的沾麵店。

就在下機場巴士那邊的JR站新幹線名店街，在藥妝店旁邊。

Arrived Hiroshima JR station at around 8pm. There is a Hiroshima style tsekemen at JR station which is recommended by my sister just inside the JR shinkansen shopping mall, right next to the drug store.

一進店內就見到宮島有名的大鳥居，連桌椅都是大鳥居的紅色，是特意配過色吧！

雖然餐牌選擇眾多，但到店的客人通常都點這裡的冷沾麵，共有小、正常、大、特大份量。

麵而沾汁可以選不辣的芝麻醬汁或是醬油辣汁。

There are many choices from the menu. Most of the guests ordered Hiroshima tsukemen. You can select the noodle portion plus spicy soy sause or non spicy sesame dipping sauce.

店員送來紙圍裙及加了檸檬的冰水。

The staff provided paper napkin and ice lemon water.

沾麵送來了，旁邊是醬油沾麵汁，裡面放滿芝麻，還可以選辣度。

可以由三倍辣開始試。

廣島沾麵本身是沒有配雞蛋的，想吃的要加點半熟蛋喔。

Here the Hiroshima tsukemen and the spicy dipping sauce are. The half boiled egg needed to be ordered separately.

沾麵過程中會帶走醬汁內的芝麻，所以店家有準備額外一大盆芝麻呢！

芝麻怪可以大吃特吃！

Lots of sesame in the dipping sauce. You don't have to worry about losing the sesame when dipping the noodles in. There is a big pot of grinded sesame for free to add.

細麵Q彈掛湯度高，而且真的是冷的 (不習慣吃冷沾麵請點熱版)。

配上酸辣的醬油醬汁，很開胃很好吃，我很喜歡呢。

Tsukemen normally is cold ramen noodle with hot dipping soup/sauce, while Hiroshima Tsukemen is cold noodle with cold dipping sauce. If you prefer hot soup, you can choose the hot version.

The spicy and sour dipping sauce is so appetizing, I like it very much!

不夠辣可自行添加辣油，我點了3倍辣，而最高是100倍辣。

有誰可挑戰100倍辣呢？會噴火嗎？

The dipping sauce's spicy level from 0 to x100 times. The staff suggested to start with x3 times. You can put extra chilly paste to reach your desire spicy level.

順帶說說配料，叉燒肉質帶有煙火腿的感覺，煮椰菜倒是有點硬，若跟Q彈的麵一起吃不太配，建議分開沾汁來吃。

Chashu (broiled pork) had a kind of ham texture. Boilded cabbages is just-cooked and not soft enough. I would recommended to eat separately with the spicy sauce.
